I was asked to join the Davis Chamber by Scott Parson, our President of Staker Parson. I had no idea what I was getting into. We have now been a member since January 2012 and have become involved with as many parts of the Chamber as you can possibly be in. I’ve learned more about how our cities work, our Government and the roles they play. For us as a construction company being part of the Transportation Committee has given us a heads up on upcoming work. I’ve lived in Davis County my entire life and for me personally, I’ve learned more about where I live and work than I have ever learned just by being a resident!
