Chantel S. Chase is Vice President and Manager of the Women's Financial Group at Zions Bank. She has worked in the banking industry since 1999. She originally started as a teller and has risen up through the ranks, holding various key positions in private banking, at the branch level and most recently as Davis County area president. Recently, Chantel was part of a team of prominent bankers at Zions Bank who were recognized in New York City for the third time by American Banker Magazine for their Top Banking Team award. In 2012 she was recognized at the Davis Chamber’s annual gala with the Chamber Advocate award.
Chantel is also an active member of the Zions Bank Women’s Business Forum, which is a pilot program dedicated to providing opportunities for women to expand their networks, skills and knowledge by working with and leveraging the existing centers of influence within the Zions Bank organization.
Chantel is an active member of the community and she currently serves as past chairman of both the Davis Chamber of Commerce Executive Board and their Board of Governors. She has previously served on the Davis Reads Advisory Board, the Davis County Commissioners Gala Committee, the Women in Business Board of Directors, Davis County's Children’s Justice Center Advisory and Friends Board. Chantel has been featured by the Standard Examiner in the Hers section and has also acted as a facilitator for Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University.
Chantel is married to Doug Chase, and is the proud mother of two very awesome boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing anywhere there is sunshine, reading, hiking and bicycling. She lives by the advice of Sir Winston Churchill who said, “We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give.”
